It is being reported on MountainFM that Trail will be seeking provincial funding from BC’s Community Recreation Program to cover a majority of the approximate $450,000 price tag of their new skatepark. The kicker is that this was prioritized over a potential pedestrian/bridge crossing  replacement which could be extremely pricey and has had little discussions as yet.
