The skateboarding scene in Castlegar keeps rolling with 100 participants accessing their free skateboard coaching program in the last 20 days. This summer all ages, male and female, can come to the Castlegar Rotary Skatepark between the hours of 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday and learn skateboarding skills based on the Skaters for Public Skateparks Drop In To Skateboarding program.

Three coaches, Ty Smith, Acquilla Clarke and Daniel “Alien” Nelson are sharing the stoke of skateboarding.
