Over 100 skaters and supporters rode down Baker Street yesterday escorted by local police and fire dept. At the gathering speakers reinforced that as a group the Nelson skatepark is more likely to succeed.
Nelson City Council has adopted their revised TRAFFIC BY-LAW……which includes NO SKATEBOARDING ON CITY STREETS….
