An enormous vibe greeted skaters when they arrived at the Tenacity Skatepark for Saturday’s gathering. The weather was still clear and there was shralping going on all over. Many notable skaters had made the journey from Van and Cali. Props to Tia, Nato, Dayne, Joanne and all the volunteers who made this a memorable session.

For over 30 years Don “Mad Carver” Hartley was: a big part of the skate community in Vancouver. He was a Ambassador to the sport and a fixture at different skate events.~ Kevin Harris
On July 4th, 2009 Carver passed away doing what he loved to do, skateboard. He will be missed my all, but not forgotten.
